What is NLP?
NLP is a type of therapy that focuses on how you organise your brain, the language you use, and how this affects your behaviour or ‘programming’. NLP is similar to CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) which focuses on changing the way you think and behave in order to better deal with problems. In your counselling session, elements of both are often used.
NLP allows us to be our best by providing techniques that let us make the most of situations and change our lives for the better.
What is NLP good for?
- Understanding your inner voice
- Improving communication with others
- Building better relationships
- Putting distance between yourself and your experiences
- Changing perceptions
- Conquer fears and manage phobias
- Being the best version of you
Let’s discuss NLP
NLP is just one element of your counselling session. However, if you are interested in discussing NLP further, please get in touch.
